Ethics are involved in many of our professional decisions everyday and they affect us as individuals and also those around us. In some of the toughest moments, it can be hard to maintain your integrity.<\/p>\n

The Oxford English Dictionary defines ethics as: \u201cThe moral principles governing or influencing\u00a0conduct.\u201d When we are dishonest, not only do we lose the trust of others, but we also undermine our own\u00a0integrity and\u00a0it can be a double-edged sword at times. What may seem right to one person can seem\u00a0unspeakable to another.\u00a0Being aware of how to make ethical\u00a0decisions is an essential\u00a0practice in\u00a0the workplace.<\/p>\n
