  • I bought a Coupon/Voucher code for Cudoo somewhere else, and I don’t know where to enter it.

    To start learning with Cudoo, you need to redeem and activate your coupon/voucher code. To activate your code, click on the following link and follow the instructions to set up your account: cudoo.com/redeem.

    Note that you do not need to pay anything once you redeem your code.

    You can start learning right away by logging in and going to My Courses in the top right-hand side corner (on mobiles: in the left corner menu.) Once there, make sure to scroll down, and you will see the courses which are enabled for your account. Click on one of the titles to view the course description and start learning. In some cases, the online course will open up in a new window. Please see screenshot below:

  • I need to reset my password. I signed up today but didn't write down my password.

    Important: our engineers are aware of a technical issue which is between our automated email servers and Yahoo & AOL inboxes. We are working on the resolution and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.

    In the meantime, we need to manually reset your password from our side. Please send an email from your registered email address to support@cudoo.com and one of our support staff will reset your credentials.

    We want to assure you that we are doing everything possible to have this resolved as soon as possible.

  • I already redeemed my code for ASL, but now the website is asking me to pay?

    If you already redeemed your code at cudoo.com/redeem, then you don't need to pay anything again. You will have a full access to your course or bundle.

    The "order completed" email may show a full product/bundle price, but the total should actually show $0. You don't need to do anything else.

    To start learning, make sure that you are logged in. You can start learning right away by logging in and going to My Courses in the top right-hand side corner (on mobiles: in the left corner menu.) Once there, make sure to scroll down, and you will see the courses which are enabled for your account. Click on one of the titles to view the course description and start learning. In some cases, the online course will open up in a new window. Please see screenshot below:

  • Is my payment secure?

    Your payment is secure. All payments are processed through a secure HTTPS web page using SSL. Cudoo never collects or stores your credit/debit card or bank details.

  • How do I use Cudoo once I have paid?

    Once you have created your account and paid, you will receive a welcome email with a link to your learning platform so you can immediately start learning.

    Our online courses are completely self-study and there are no teachers involved. You can take as long as you need and learn at your own pace. There are no time restrictions and your access doesn't expire.

  • How do I get a refund?

    If you are not happy with your course, we can issue a full refund as long as it is within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

    If you purchased directly on Cudoo.com

    To request a refund for purchases made on Cudoo.com, use the form below or send us an email to support@cudoo.com.

    If you purchased a Coupon or a Voucher code

    If you purchased a coupon/code through a third-party website or service which is outside of Cudoo.com (Stackcommerce, Groupon, Mashable, etc.) then a different refund policy applies, which is specific to that third-party website or service. In most cases, unredeemed licenses can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Once your licence is redeemed, all sales are final. If you have any further questions, please refer to the third-party store's terms and conditions.

  • I accidentally hit 'mark complete' button on my ASL course. What happens now? How can I reset that without loosing my progress?

    The American Sign Language course will be recorded as "complete" after you click on the Mark Complete button at the very bottom of the course page. Until then, it should automatically get you back to your previous lesson, as long as you are using the same browser to access the course.

    Even after you have completed the course, you will still be able to get back to any of the lessons, and your access doesn't expire.

    Don't worry if you accidentally marked your course as complete, this won't affect your progress

    If you would prefer us to reset the progress, please email support@cudoo.com and one of our support staff will reset your account as soon as possible.

  • Something is wrong with the video / Video is not playing / Video controls don't work

    We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the video playback.

    Troubleshooting to try

    1. We have recently made a small improvement to the video player and your browser might be displaying an older version. Try accessing the lesson using the browser's incognito mode, or clearing your browser's cache. Please check this link with the instructions for different browsers: https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic

    3. Occasionally, it may take a few seconds longer than usual for a video or a presentation to load. This especially happens when your WiFi/Cellular network connection is weak. Could you please try again with a stronger connection and let us know below if the problem persists?
    4. We recommend using the latest stable version of Google Chrome to access our courses. May I please ask you to try using the latest Chrome browser on a desktop/laptop and see if the issue persists?

    • Can two people use the same account?

      The course progress and certificate information are saved per individual account, meaning that whoever has completed a course, that person's name will be displayed on the certificate.

      However, you have an option to take this course in turns, and we can reset your course progress at any time from our side. Alternatively, if you don't mind sharing the progress between your family, we can change your certificate name at the end of your course, so you will be able to receive two separate certificates from the same account. This way you don't need to buy the course twice and you can share the same login details.

    • Is there a specific time frame for completion in order to receive certification?

      There is no specific time frame. Once you purchase a course, you will have an unlimited access which doesn't expire. You can take as long as you need to complete your online courses.

    • I have a Cudoo Pro subscription, but there are some courses in the library which are paid.

      The titles which are not available are part of the most recent batch of courses that have been added to our platform. Some of these courses are hosted on our partner's platform and require a separate login. For this reason, recently added courses are not part of the Cudoo Pro subscription and require you to sign up separately.

      As part of your Cudoo Pro subscription, you still have access to over 800 courses in professional skills, computer skills and languages. We want to assure you that we will continue to add new titles to Cudoo Pro, and the library will continue to grow.
