Navajo is mostly spoken in the Southwestern United States, especially in the Navajo Nation area. It is one of the most widely spoken Native American languages, with almost 170,000 Americans speaking Navajo. Learn Navajo with our online course and familiarize yourself with words and phrases for everyday conversation.
To get technical, Navajo is a language of the Apachean subgroup of the Athabaskan branch of the Na-Dené language family, along with Apache. Basically, it’s pretty similar to Apache but completely unrelated to other Native Languages.
Although Navajo uses a Latin alphabet, it looks much more exotic due to its healthy sprinkling of letter accents! It’s on the endangered list making a comeback, helped by the fact that the few words from other languages are added.
Individuals who aspire to learn the Navajo language and want to gain proficiency in reading and writing the language should enroll.
Students will not only be able to improve their reading and writing capabilities but also learn more about Navajo communities, the value of the language in the historical and present context, and how it has influenced Native American cultures.

I absolutely loved the Navajo Level 1 course. Even though, it is very short I appreciate the fact that there are courses like these that promote the Navajo language as well as make them. The Navajo language has such few learning resources, so seeing at least one learning resource is helpful enough. Thank you! I hope in the future Cudoo makes more Navajo courses like this one.
