Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT)
REBT is supposed to help individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, guilt, and extreme anger.
REBT will teach you how to;
- Recognize self-defeating feelings, thoughts, or actions ie; “I can’t do this,” “I’m not worth it,” etc…
- Challenge how rational those feelings, thoughts, or actions are
- Change them into positive thoughts and feelings

Behavioral therapies are believed to be very effective. Roughly 75% of those who go through CBT experience benefits from it.
